Installation will be reviewed for the following

• Air barrier is complete
• Support at all joints
• Overlap - 4" minimum
• Thick beads of caulking on face of framing
• Penetrations sealed at attic hatch, electrical, plumbing and HAVC

All duct work connected and sealed

Insulation > 80%

• Air barrier contact on all sides
• Supported and aligned
• No compression resulting in gaps in framing spaces

R/O Sealed

• Window and door opening sealed - spray foam or backer rod/caulking

Rim joist sealed

Installation will be reviewed for the following

• Spray foam complete
• Spray foam connection to framing wall is complete
• No gaps or voids in spray foam
• Thick beads of caulking on face of framing
• Plumbing & HAVC Penetrations blocking and well sealed around entire circumference
