The employees of Avalon donate time each month to Brown Bagging for Calgary’s Kids, with an average of 62 people volunteering weekly, which positively impacts about 3200 kids daily. The main kitchen is located in the heart of downtown Calgary and extends across the city through multiple communities. Have any non-perishable food items you don’t need? At the Calgary Food Bank, donations of time and money keep the organization running for all of our neighbours in need. The process of organizing and distributing the food required a large number of volunteers.
